Spring 2021 Memphis Jazz Workshop Registration

Due to COVID19, the Memphis Jazz Workshop is providing jazz education with two options for learning. Option 1 is completely virtual. Option 2 is a hybrid model.

Option 1Stay home and stay SAFE.

6 weeks of ZOOM Classes

Tuition:  $130.00

Time:      9:00 am-12:00 pm

Dates for Virtual (Zoom) classes are: January 23-April 17

To register for the VIRTUAL (Zoom) ONLY Option 1 Workshop:

We know that some families are comfortable with meeting in person with safety protocols in place. The Memphis Jazz Workshop is providing jazz education in a safe environment. Option 2 is a hybrid model.

Option 2:  Hybrid Zoom/In-Person
6 ZOOM Classes/6 Combo in person

and varied times for Combos.

Tuition:  $360.00

Time:      9:00 am-12:00 pm for Virtual Classes

Combo class times may vary due to safety/space constraints

Virtual Daily Schedule

9:00 am-10:00 am     Piano for ALL musicians

10:15 am-12:00 noon    Improvisation Masterclass

Combo Rehearsal

Times/locations will be staggered for safety. Once a student is assigned to a combo, their time will be consistent.

Because finances should not prevent a motivated and talented student from participating in our program, LeeJazzOmega, Inc. provides financial aid and scholarships through the Memphis Jazz Workshop Education Fund and the Harold McRae Memorial Scholarship Fund.
